MY SON JERRY`S BACON CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF
What You Need:
12 Slices Of Thick Bacon, Cooked Then Crumbled Up
1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 8oz Bag Of Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs Beaten
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ Tsp Canadian Steak Seasoning
1/3 Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Mustard
1 Small Onion Chopped Up
In A Large Bowl Mix All The Meat, Bacon, Cheese, Eggs,
Bread Crumbs, Mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, And
Canadian Steak Seasoning, Wash Your Hands, Then Mix it up
Real Good, In A Small Bowl Mix The Ketchup & Mustard Together
Stir About ¼ Of It In The Meatloaf,
And Save The Rest To Put On Top When It’s Done.
Bake At 350 Degrees Till The Meats Done.
( When It`s Done, drain Off Any Excess Juice, Before Putting
The Ketchup, Mustard Mixture On Top. )
