DEVILED EGG TATER SALAD
What You Need:
5 LB`S Of Potato’s
10 LG Hard Boiled Eggs
1 LG. Onion
1 Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Mustard
1 Cup Of Sweet Relish
1 ½ Tbsp Paprika
Canadian Steak Seasoning - (Can Add Salt & Pepper But This Is Better)
Peel The Potatoes Then Quarter & Dice Them, And Put In A Pan Of Cool Water, Let Them Soak For About 30 Min. To Remove Starch.
While Potatoes Are Soaking Put On 2 Pans Of Water One For The Potatoes & One For Eggs.
Put The Eggs In The Pot And Bring Them To A Boil, Boil Eggs For About 10 Min.
In The Other Pot Bring The Potato Water To A Boil, Then Add The Potatoes Let Them Boil For 20 Min. (No Longer Than 20 Min.)
Pour The Potatoes In A Strainer And Rinse With Cool Water, After The Water Drains Out, Pour The Potatoes In A Large Bowl.
Peel The Boiled Eggs Then Grate Them, And Add To The Bowl Of Potatoes.
Chop Up The Onion`s Real Good And Add To The Bowl.
Add 1 Cup Of Mayonnaise To The Bowl.
Add ½ Cup Mustard To The Bowl.
Add 1 Cup Of Pickled Sweet Relish To The Bowl.
Add 1 Teaspoon Of Paprika To The Bowl
Add 1 Tablespoon Of Canadian Steak Seasoning To The Bowl And Stir It All Up Real Good. (Taste It After You Add The Canadian Seasoning To See If It`s Enough)
When Finished Sprinkle ½ Spoon Of Paprika Over The Top.
