APPLE CINNAMON RAISIN COBBLER

“Scooby Doo” Mama’s Little Texas Ranger

APPLE CINNAMON RAISIN COBBLER


COBBLER:

6 red apples
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 handful raisins
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Grease pan. In separate Lg. bowl, peel and thinly slice 6 red apples. Add lemon juice,
2 tablespoon splenda, cinnamon, raisins and mix with apples. Place this apple mixture in the greased pan.
To make topping, in bowl, mix melted butter, flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and chopped walnuts. Place this mixture on top of apples.
Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes or till top is brown.
