BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 lb. sausage

6 slices whole wheat bread

8 eggs scrambled

8 slices bacon

2 bags shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper (taste it, to get it right)

Spray a 9x11-inch casserole dish.

Lay bread in the bottom.

Brown the sausage, cook bacon and break them up, Stir both meats together.

Make eggs, then mix the eggs, salt, and pepper together.

Sprinkle sausage and bacon, and then cheese over bread.

Pour eggs over the mixture and cover, refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350°F  25 to 30 minutes.
