“Scooby Doo” Mama`s Little Texas Ranger

APPLE FRITTERS


1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 large apples, peeled, cored sliced in 1/8ths

Combine all dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and oil. Beat batter for 1 minute.
Dip apples into batter and deep fry in hot oil (365°F) for 4 minutes or until browned evenly on both sides.

Recipe & Video For August 14, 2012

My Baby Scooby Doo

JERRY`S GOUDA BURGER


What You Need:
½ lb Smoked Gouda Cheese ( Cut In ¼ Cubes )
2 lbs Ground Sirloin
½ lg Onion Chopped Up Good
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 ½   Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Parsley
2 Cloves Of Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 ½  Tbsp Canadian Steak Seasoning
Pack Of Large Buns


Put Every Thing In A Bowl, Wash Your Hands
Then Dig In And Mix It Together Real Good.
Form Your Burgers, And Put`em On The Grill.
Makes 4 ½ Pound Burgers, - The Kind I Like
( Or 8 ¼ Pound Burgers )

Me And My Great Grand Baby

My Baby

                                                JERRY BURGER
What You Need:
4 Lg. Hamburger Buns
8 Quarter Pound Burger Patties   ( Chopped Sirloin Is Best )
1 Lg. Onion
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Canadian Steak Seasoning

Chop Up The Whole Onion, And Put It In A Bowl, Then Put In
The Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, And Even Amount Of Both, Stir
Them Up, Take The Hamburger Patties And Press In The Center,
Fill 4 Of The Patties, You Pressed In With The Shredded Cheese,
Onion Mixture, And Sprinkle Some Of The Canadian Steak Seasoning
Over The Top, Put The Other 4 Patties, Over The Top Of The First 4 Patties,
With The Mixture In The Middle.
Then Press Around The Edges Of The 4 Burgers Till There Sealed Shut.
It  Seals In All The Juice From The Onion’s, Cheese & Seasoning.

Put Left Over Cheese & Onion’s On Top.
( This Burger Is Also Good With Chili On It. )
