THIS WEEK`S RECIPE

 

FRIED RAVIOLI

Buttermilk

1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1 frozen meat, or cheese ravioli, (Do not freeze)

1. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

2. Dip each ravioli in buttermilk, then in crumbs again coat well on both sides. (Set aside about 10 minutes to let them dry)

3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil about 1 inch from bottom.

4. Add the breaded ravioli; & cook 2 or 3 minutes on each side until golden.

1. WE ARE ALL SINNERS

Who is good? Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one.

Who has sinned? Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

2. WHERE SIN CAME FROM

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. (The word death in this verse means hell.)

Revelations 20:14 And death and Hell were cast into a lake of fire. This is the second death.

3. GOD`S PRICE FOR SIN

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal  life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

4. OUR WAY OUT

Roman 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall CALL upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

God Will, and does, save “ALL” who call on his son The Lord Jesus Christ with a sincere heart. 

(A SAMPLE PRAYER)

Lord Jesus,

I know that I’am a sinner, if I died now in my sin I now realize that I would go to hell.

Right now, by faith, I am trusting you as my personal Saviour and my only hope to go to heaven.

Thank you for dying on the cross for me and for saving me from an eternity in hell.

I ask In Jesus name, AMEN

If you did say this prayer and really meant it, according to Romans 10:13 God says you can be 100% sure you will go to heaven.

   

If you just asked Jesus to save you, you need to:

1. Read the Bible, (God talking to you).

2. Pray, (you talking to God).

3. Find a fundamental Bible believing church where Christ is preached and, get scripturally baptized.

4. Tell others about Jesus.

THIS WEEK`S RECIPE

 

COWBOY BEANS AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 box Spanish rice mix

2 cans chili beans

1 lb. ground sirloin

1 Lg Chili-cheese Fritos

Set oven to 350

1. Brown ground sirloin.

2. Cook the Spanish rice according to instructions in a microwave casserole dish.

3. Drain only one can of the chili beans then stir both cans up with the rice.

4. Add the ground sirloin, and mix together real well.

5. Bake about 30 min. till it is heated through.

6. Stir well and top with the Fritos.

THIS WEEK`S RECIPE

 

Cinnamon Peanut Brittle

1 cup water

4 cups sugar
1 16-ounce bottle (2 cups) light corn syrup

2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups of roasted peanuts
1 1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter
3 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Line a baking sheet with butter. Set aside.

2. In a large tall-sided pot, combine 1 cup water with the sugar, corn syrup, and cinnamon over high heat.  

3. Stir the mixture just to combine and then bring up to a bubble.  

4. Once the mixture comes to a bubble cook it, without stirring, until light amber in color, 12 to 15 minutes.  

5. Add the peanuts to the pot and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until golden brown in color, about 30 seconds.  

6. Add the butter and baking soda to the pot and stir to combine (Note:  at this point the mixture will bubble up, so stir carefully), Continue cooking and stirring the mixture until it foams up and is golden brown in color, about 20 seconds.  

7. Stir in the salt and vanilla extract.

8. Carefully pour the mixture onto the buttered baking sheet and let set at room temperature until cool and hardened, about 1 hour.  

9. Break into smaller pieces and store, at room temperature in an airtight container.

THIS WEEK`S RECIPE

  

MASHED SWEET POTATOES & BANANAS

sweet potatoes

bananas

cinnamon

milk

butter

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

1. Wrap sweet potatoes in foil and poke a few holes them.

2. When the potatoes are done, put the unpeeled bananas on an ungreased cookie sheet in the oven.

3. Cook the bananas till soft. (The banana peels will turn black, but there ok).

4. When done, peels the bananas;

5. mix the  potatoes and bananas in a large bowl till mashed together.

6. Put the potatoes in a large pot and heat over medium heat. Add cinnamon and butter to taste.

7. Add the milk until it’s the right thickness.
