CHICKEN AND HOME MADE DUMPLINGS

4 c. flour

1 c. Crisco

1 c. water

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned, chunked

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder (Mix well) Cut shortening into the mixture. Add water. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into dumplings. Pull each dumpling (for tenderness) and drop into water. Cook until tender, about 1hr. Add chicken, leave over low heat for another 20 min.

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. (The word death in this verse means hell.)

Revelations 20:14 And death and Hell were cast into a lake of fire. This is the second death.

3. GOD`S PRICE FOR SIN

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal  life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

4. OUR WAY OUT

Roman 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall CALL upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

God Will, and does, save “ALL” who call on his son The Lord Jesus Christ with a sincere heart.

Lord Jesus,

I know that I’am a sinner, if I died now in my sin I now realize that I would go to hell.

Right now, by faith, I am trusting you as my personal Saviour and my only hope to go to heaven.

Thank you for dying on the cross for me and for saving me from an eternity in hell.

I ask In Jesus name, AMEN

If you did say this prayer and really meant it, according to Romans 10:13 God says you can be 100% sure you will go to heaven. 1 John 5:13

What You Need:

½  Gallon Of Catsup  64oz

20oz  Diet Coke

4 Cups Of Splenda

1 Lg Onion Diced

4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

4 Tsp A1 Sauce

4 Tsp Mustard

8 Tbsp Vinegar

Stir Together Real Good.

Simmer 1 Hour Or Until Thick, Stirring Every Now And Then.

(Cast Iron Pot Works Best.)

(Warning -   Keep A Lid On The Pot Or You`ll Have A Mess To Clean Up.)

JERRY`S QUICK DELICIOUS BARBEQUE SAUCE

What You Need:

1 Gal. Hickory Smoked Barbeque Sauce

1 20oz Diet Coke

4 Cups Of Splenda

1 Large Onion

1 Funnel (To Pour With)

{I Use Sugar Free Coke & Splenda, But You Can Use Reg. Coke  & Sugar If You Want}

Pour Barbeque Sauce In A Large Bowl, (Save The Container The Barbeque Sauce Came In For Use Later) Slowly Sir In Splenda Slowly Or You`ll Have A Mess Till It`s Completely Mixed, Pour In The Whole Bottle Of Coke And Stir It Slowly Till It`s Mixed, Dice The Onion And Stir It In. Mix Every Thing Good, Refrigerate Over Night, And It`s Ready To Go.

(It`s Delicious Like It Is, But Better If You Let It Set Over Night)

You Can Dip The Sauce Back Into The Gallon Container It Came In, You Will Have About A Pint Extra.

{Will Last A Year Or More, Just Keep Refrigerated}

GLORY FRIED PORK CHOPS

6-8 pork chops

1 lg. onion

2 green peppers

1 lg. can Campbell's tomato soup

1/2 soup can water

6-8 med. potatoes

6-8 lg. carrots

Brown pork chops in deep skillet. Cut onion into rings, peppers into strips, carrots into strips, the potatoes into halves.

Add to pork chops after pork chops are drained the above ingredients. Smoother with tomato soup and water. Cook on low until vegetables are tender and meat is done.

TURNIP GREENS 'N CORN DUMPLINGS

2 lbs. Turnip greens

1 lb. ham hocks, ham fat, or ham bone

 Salt and pepper

Boiling water

Wash the greens, break off the stems.

Put`em in a pot with the ham hocks, Cook in boiling water for 3 hours.

Season with salt and pepper.

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. cornmeal

1 c. boiling water

1 tsp. salt

1/2 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 c. milk

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1 egg, beaten

Prepare dumplings while turnip greens are cooking.

Slowly stir cornmeal and salt into boiling water.

Cook and stir for 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.

Sift together the flour and baking powder.

Dissolve baking soda in milk.

Alternately add flour and milk to cornmeal.

Then add the egg and beat it good.

Drop by spoonfuls on top of turnip greens.

Cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove dumplings with slotted spoon put in as separate dish.

Drain the greens and put on another dish.

Pour the "pot likker" over the dumplings.
